Terms of Use

The rules of the service, as short as they can honestly be written.

Last updated: 13 August 2026

The publisher is a French individual and French law governs these terms. The French version is the binding one; this English translation is provided for convenience.

1. Publisher and distribution

Lastr is published by Julien Montagne, acting as an individual. Contact: hello@julienmontagne.com. The app is distributed by Apple through the App Store, whose own terms apply separately to purchase and download.

2. What the service is

Lastr is a twelve-week behavioural training programme for ejaculatory control, without medication. An intake questionnaire establishes a numeric starting point, then the programme delivers one day at a time: a guided session, an exercise on your own, or an end-of-week review. Forty lessons accompany it, and a four-minute protocol is available at any time.

The programme has two branches. One replaces the first four weeks with release work when the questionnaire reports signs of a hypertonic pelvic floor.

3. Medical disclaimer

Lastr is not a medical device and diagnoses nothing. The PEDT questionnaire is a screening tool, not a clinical examination. The score it produces describes reported distress; it does not establish any condition.

No result is promised. The projections shown in the app are targets computed from your own answers, and the interface says so where it shows them. Nobody can guarantee you a duration.

Some signs call for medical advice rather than an exercise programme — in particular pain during or after ejaculation, which points to another cause. The app flags this if you report it, but it does not replace a consultation.

If in doubt, in pain, or with a symptom that persists, see a doctor or a physiotherapist specialising in pelvic health.

4. Age

Lastr is rated 17+ and is for adults only. By using the app you confirm you meet that requirement.

5. Subscription

Access to the programme requires a subscription, purchased and billed by Apple through your App Store account. Two plans exist, annual and quarterly; their price, duration and renewal terms are shown in the app before any purchase.

A free trial may be offered when your Apple account is eligible; its length is the one displayed on screen at the time of purchase. Apple never grants two trials on the same identifier: if you have already used one, no trial is announced and the subscription starts immediately.

Renewal is automatic. It is turned off in your iPhone settings, at the latest twenty-four hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation and refund requests are handled by Apple under its own terms; we have no access to them. The management page is reachable from within the app.

A failed payment does not cut access immediately: Apple opens a grace period, during which the app keeps working and warns you.

6. Account

No account is required. The app works entirely offline: the programme, the lessons and the exercises are bundled into it.

You may link your Apple ID, which only serves to recover your progress if you change or lose your device. No email address, no password, no sign-up form.

7. Your data

Your answers, your measurements and your progress belong to you. We do not publish them, share them, sell them, or use them to train any model. How they are processed is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your obligations

9. Availability and warranties

The app is provided as is. The publisher makes reasonable efforts to keep it working and reachable, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. The coach, the backup and sign-in depend on a server and may be unavailable; the programme itself keeps working without a network.

An export of your data is available at any time in the settings, and keeping a copy is recommended.

10. Intellectual property

All content in the app — text, lessons, exercise protocols, design, code, the Lastr name and logo — belongs exclusively to Julien Montagne, unless stated otherwise.

11. Termination

You can erase your data and delete your account at any time from the settings, without justification. Deleting an account does not cancel an active subscription, which Apple keeps billing: it must be cancelled separately in your iPhone settings.

The publisher may suspend an account in the event of a clear breach of the obligations in section 8.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to hello@julienmontagne.com first. Failing agreement, consumers residing in the European Union may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

13. Changes

If any of the above changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
